Top Dish in 2014

The 42 oz. Tomahawk Pork Chop at chi SPACCA, Los Angeles, CA, won the “Best Thing We Ate This Year” award from Tasting Table Los Angeles.  The dish, created by our friend Chef Chad Colby, features the Flinstone chop grilled and dusted with fennel pollen.

Chi SPACCA, Nancy Silverton and Mario Batali’s meat centric restaurant features large cuts of fresh protein grilled to perfection. The restaurant is equally known for their in-house charcuterie program that began with Chad Colby’s Thursday Salumi Nights hosted at Mozza.
