Sausage Stuffed Suckling Pig

DBGB in New York, NY is serving a sausage stuffed suckling pig as part of their Whole Beast Feast menu. The 12-16 pound pig is partially deboned, seasoned and stuffed. Stuffed with a mixture of pork jowls, fennel, Swiss chard, tomato confit, garlic, mushrooms, onion, thyme, and bay leaves.
