Best Bites at Charleston Wine+Food


The National Pork Board partnered with Chef Jason Alley, Comfort, Pasture and Flora in Richmond, VA, for the What the Pho? event at Charleston Wine+Food. Chef Alley prepared his Southern take on pho – country ham flavored potlikker, pickled collard greens stems and deep fried hush puppy batter as noodles. The dish was featured in Food Republic’s Favorite Bites of Charleston Wine+Food and dubbed “as smart as it was delicious.”
