America's Cut Teriyaki

America's Cut boneless center-cut pork chops  12, 6 oz. 
Soy sauce  1 1/4 cups 
Dry sherry  1/3 cup 
Sugar  2 Tbsp 
Black pepper, ground  4 tsp 
Garlic powder  1 Tbsp 
Vegetable oil  1 1/2 cups 
Method of preparation
Combine soy sauce, sugar, sherry and seasonings, stir well. Blend in oil; pour marinade into shallow pan. Place America's Cut in single layer in marinade, turning once to coat both sides. Marinate 4 - 24 hours. Drain off marinade, discard marinade. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 10 - 12 minutes, or until pork is nicely browned and internal temperature is 155-160 degress F.
