Cinnamon Apple Pork

Lean pork, cut into cubes 12 lbs  
Vegetable oil  3/4 cup 
Chicken broth  6 cups 
Brown sugar  3 1/3 cups 
Cornstarch  1 cup 
Salt  2 Tbsp 
Black pepper, ground  1 Tbsp 
Ground cinnamon  1 Tbsp 
Water  2 cups 
Worchestershire sauce  1 1/2 cups 
#10 can sliced apples  
Raisins  3 cups 
Method of preparation
Brown pork in oil; add chicken broth and simmer covered for 45-60 minutes or until pork is tender. Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and seasonings. Stir water and Worchestershire sauce into sugar-cornstarch mixture. Add to pork. Simmer, stirring until thickened, approximately 3 minutes. Stir in apples and raisins; simmer an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve over noodles if desired.
