Combine brown sugar, cornstarch and seasonings. Stir water and Worchestershire sauce into sugar-cornstarch mixture. Add to pork. Simmer, stirring until thickened, approximately 3 minutes. Stir in apples and raisins; simmer an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve over noodles if desired. |
