Cooking Directions
- In oven, set on low, place waffles
- Warm until heated through and beginning to brown (do not flip)
- In center of plate, place one waffle, toasted side down In center of waffle, place vanilla ice cream
- With toasted side up, shingle second waffle on ice cream
- Drizzle caramel sauce in a zig-zag over waffles and ice cream
- Evenly sprinkle candied bacon over caramel sauce, waffles and ice cream
- In corner of plate, place orange slice and top with the raspberries and whipped cream
- Candied Bacon can be closely replicated by cooking “thick-cut sugar-cured” bacon until crisp. While still warm, rough chop the bacon and sprinkle it with granulated sugar, approximately 1 TBL for every 2-3 slices.

CHEF’S NOTES: Waffles can be made in advance. Prepare your favorite waffle recipe and add real maple syrup to the batter, approximately 1 TBL for every 4-6 waffles
